We now proudly give to you three-and-a-half minutes of NBC's 60th Anniversary Celebration that takes the two hours of Dreamgirls, puts it in a half-nelson and doesn't just choke it, but rips its head off.
Good lord. All those shows were on at the same time? The power of syndication, I guess. Golden Girls still looks and feels current as do Cosby and Cheers. Silver Spoons? As much as I love Rick Schroeder and despite all the babysitting $$ I spent on Teen Beat, that was 3 lifetimes ago. (Though I knew, even in 1986, that Alfonso Ribeiro could not sing.)
