Back in fashion.

Well, kids, the day is upon us. July 12, 2006. The war in Iraq rages on, buildings explode in New York City, Lisa Whelchel continues to bother God, but today, something shiny and new comes upon us. Today, things get a little better. A little easier. A little nicer. Today, July 12, 2006, marks the beginning of a new era of glorious goodness. Friends, Romans, countrymen, today, we gather to celebrate the premiere of the third season of Project Runway.

In honor of such a momentous occasion, this blog, Nervous Breakdown, the NB, will devote the entire day to a feature we're calling WWTGD? (What Would Tim Gunn Do?). Each post will comprise a fashion tip or tips from Tim Gunn—tips culled from various interviews with our favorite Project Runway guru and Chair of Fashion Design at Parsons School of Design. Our goal is to let you get to know Tim Gunn better while, in turn, he lets you get to know how you should dress, feel and be better. And you really should.

We hope you enjoy this diversion. In the fashion world, one day you're in; the next day you're out. So, make it work, people. Make it work.
