Closing ceremony.

Tomorrow, the International Olympic Committee will decide which city will host the 2012 Summer Olympics. As you probably know, the five contenders are London, Paris, Madrid, Moscow and, of course, New York City, which completely blew its chances when government support for a West Side stadium in Manhattan (and the would-be centerpiece of the Olympics) fell through. We were in Paris last week, and we can safely say the French totally expect to get the games.

Well...bonne chance, Frenchies! Enjoy the Olympics! We'll be most happily not watching them from the comfort of our own stadium-free, Olympic-free, city.
